The Fly, by William Blake
Little Fly,
Thy summer's play
My thoughtless hand
Has brush'd away.
Am not I
A fly like thee?
Or art not thou
A man like me?
For I dance
And drink & sing;
Till some blind hand
Shall brush my wing.
If thought is life
And strength & breath:
And the want
Of thought is death;
Then am I
A happy fly,
If I live,
Or if I die.
------------------------------------------

My Preety Rose Tree, by William Blake
A flower was offered to me;
Such a flower as May never bore.
But I said, I've a Pretty Rose-tree.
And I passed the sweet flower o'er.
Then I went to my Preety Rose-tree
To tend her by day and by night.
But my Rose turnd away with jealousy:
And her thorns were my only delight.
----------------------------------------

Despair
1.單戀
2.無力感
3.絕望

The Czars - Drug
You are a drug to me
I never ever thought it otherwise
And I love the lies you've told to me
While looking me directly in my eyes
This is not ecstasy, but it's better than cocaine
and you know that I will miss you when you're gone
but I'm not equipped to play this game
You know your words
They don't mean anything to me
They only serve to fatten up the prey
And when it's time to take them to the slaughterhouse
you slice their throats, continue on your way
This is not jeopardy
and it's not your high school prom
and you know that I will miss you when you're gone
But I'm not equipped to be your mom
You are a drug to me
I never ever thought it otherwise
And I love the lies you've told to me
while looking me directly in my eyes

Mirrors are no defense against nausea by Peter Horn
(René Magritte, Reproduction Prohibited, 1937)Every morning
I switch on my electric razor
to trim my beard
into respectable proportions.
The face in the mirror
has grown stranger
over the years
and I have refused it permission
to use my name.
I tried very hard not to see
what happened behind the mirror.
Nobody likes to be reminded
of the shortness of life.
But the flaking mercury
made the mirror a window
into the chasm.

John Berger X Sebastião Salgado / The Spectre of Hope (2002)
I, I am here. I exit.
But also something else happening. Because they are looking at Sebastião, and they are looking at the camera, and they know that they are looking at the world.
So they address a question: what are you? You, out there in the world? Or, is there anything else out there?

It is not pleasant to die, lord, if nothing is left in life.
And in death nothing is possible, except on the bases of what is left in life.
It is not pleasant to die, lord, if nothing is left in life.
And in death nothing is possible, except on the bases of what one could have left in life.

The Good Shepherd
A good intelligence agent should be always interesting in complicate, difficult details. This film itself is full of that kind of details, directed by Robert de Niro.
-----------------
Information is power. Dis-information is power. The ability to make information and dis-information, without showing any sign of the power behind, is critical pivotal power.
To own that power, you must set the very yourself into the net of information and dis-information, destructure yourself whatever black or white, moral or immoral, pessimistic or optimistic, and act according to nothing but the orders by that power.
Finally, you own the power, or the power owns you?
Well, so what? You know from the very beginning that only the power matters.
